Setting up a Supervisor-Supervisee Relationship
If you are seeking supportive, confidential, and professionally grounded supervision outside your organisation, independent clinical supervision can provide the reflective space needed to sustain safe, effective, and fulfilling practice.
Fundamental to a Quality Assured Supervisory experience is the need for clarity. Please complete the following contract and submit it/ We will revert within 48 hours:

Payment Policy
To maintain professional standards and ensure dedicated supervision time, the following applies:
1. Booking
Bookings can be made with Individual Clinical Supervisors of your choice directly. follow the link on their individual pages
Advance Booking & Payment
Normally all online clinical supervision sessions must be booked and paid for in advance
In-person Sessions may be paid for at the office of the Clinical Supervisor or in advance
Payment will secure your appointment.
Online sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Session Fees
Fees are subject to periodic review, with reasonable notice provided of any changes.

Package Bookings (if applicable)
Pre-paid supervision packages must be used within 3 months.
Unused sessions after this period may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
This policy ensures fairness, clarity, and the protection of professional supervision time.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure consistency, fairness, and respect for all supervisees' time, the following cancellation policy applies:
Notice Requirement: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a supervision session.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
Emergencies: Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine emergency or illness at the discretion of the supervisor.
Supervisor Cancellations: If the supervisor needs to cancel, as much notice as possible will be given, and the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
